The opportunity
Agencies run on a mess everyone has quietly accepted: client work scattered across email threads, random file links, and status calls nobody wants to be on. There is no single place where a project, its phases, its deliverables, and its approvals all live, so clients feel out of the loop and teams burn hours just keeping everyone updated.
Supatrek was built to end that. One clean, multi-tenant platform designed around the exact way agencies run client work.


What we built
We built every layer of it, the parts most studios outsource, fake with a prototype, or never attempt at all.
- product strategy and positioning, down to the pricing model at roughly seventy-nine dollars a month per agency
- the full brand and identity
- complete UX and interface design, including a client portal that tracks every project phase and deliverable in real time
- a genuine multi-tenant application running in production, with each agency's data isolated and secure, a free trial to start, and white-label options on top
Strategy, brand, interface, and the application itself, all from one team. We know the difference between something that demos well and something that survives real users at scale, because we built Supatrek to do exactly that.
The outcome
Supatrek is live, in production, and onboarding its first paying agencies. It is bootstrapped on purpose: no raise, no runway pressure, just a product that has to earn its keep every single month.
It is the clearest proof of what we actually do. We do not stop at making things look good in a deck. We take a product from raw idea to real software shipped into a real market, and we make the hard calls that only surface once people are paying. That is the standard we hold every project to.
